3 Ways to Use the Power of Praise
I had a lovely lunch on Sunday with my best friend from 3rd grade. We started to discuss the power of praise and I found it all so amazing and inspirational. I think this is a beautiful method to add more gratitude, love and prosperity in the world while impacting your business in a grand way. I am breaking it down into steps so you can start to incorporate the power of praise in your life and business as well.
The power of praise can be a key connectivity to others, and I love that it’s also founded from love. The concept is to be of service and connect to others through intentional kindness and moments of gratitude. I always say, humans do business with humans they like and love. And if those around you feel more seen, appreciated and loved, they are more likely to respond with referrals, with reciprocal love and kindness as well.
Here are three ways you can get started.
Add more gratitude in your emails : With each email you send, create an additional sentence of how grateful you are for the opportunity, the partnership or the business. Adding one sentence sharing gratitude for the current connectivity shares gratefulness, soulfulness and a human side to your business. Try adding it throughout the day. I think you will also feel happier with life and the blessings you have going on in your business.
Add more verbal moments of complimentary phrases : When you are at a local FemCity gathering or socializing around town, intentionally take note of the greatness in others and express it through your words. Be sure they are authentic and positive. Sharing words that uplift others and reminding them of their internal beauty will remind them of your spirit and you may get a few referrals down the road. Humans like to be loved and noticed, and they will remember your kindness and how it shifted them into a happier place.
Add more referral moments : Take a few moments and refer the businesses and brands of those you work with to others looking for those types of products or services. I love sending email introductions between humans and see how they both connect and flourish together. Once you take this on a few times, you will inspire others to do the same. Our actions and behaviors are always contagious, and those around you are watching your character and integrity.
