Tell us what inspired you to start your business?
Flexibility and Independence is important to me. The real estate industry offers a degree of flexibility in terms of work hours.
What is the best bit of business advice you received?
Always be learning. The real estate market and client needs are constantly changing , so adapt and grow.
Tell us about a moment you felt like giving up but moved forward and found growth and blessings?
Early in my real estate career when the market was slow. I questioned my choice and considered giving up. But my passion for helping people and my entrepreneurial spirit motivated me to keep going. I invested in professional development and refined my marketing strategies. The market improved, and my efforts paid off. I gained confidence, built strong relationships with clients. My experience shows the importance of resilience, adaptability, and investing in oneself. It's a reminder that even in difficult times, with determination and a proactive approach, success and fulfillment are possible.
What inspires you to keep growing your business?
Helping people by guiding clients through major life decisions like buying or selling a home.
Final advice for other women running businesses?
Believe in yourself. You're capable of great things. Don't let self- doubt hold you back.
